One Word Interview

Today I'm over on Notes from the Writing Chair, answering Angie Lofthouse's One Word Interview.

Hope to see you over there.

In other news (because two lines didn't seem much of a post):
  • I've submitted a novel to a competition and a novella to a publisher. It all happened in a bit of a flurry last week, so even though I planned to move straight on to my next project, I've needed a couple of days' down time.
  • My F key isn't working properly, so I have to keep going back and putting the Fs back in.
  • I found some money I was given for Christmas that I'd forgotten about, and now I get to find something to spend it on!
Don't forget to check out my interview here.

  1. I love finding money I forgot I had! It's like a double gift. My E fell off and I was having to hit the little circle because there was no key. Then my husband said, buy a new keyboard. Now why hadn't I thought of that?

Imagine you worker bee you...you are wearing out your keys!!!

    2. Thanks Elizabeth! I've still got the cover of my F, but it's temperamental and is randomly not bothering to work. I've got a laptop, replacing my keyboard is not quite so easy.

  2. Good luck with your novella and novel. You deserve some downtime, for sure! Good thing you found that money. You can treat yourself to something special.

    1. I never even thought about books. I want a Wonder Woman t-shirt - but I can't find any I like. It might be books after all :-)

    1. Thanks Vanessa. Yes, I'm craving it too, but it's bedtime :-(

  6. Guess that cuts down on the use of the F word and that's a plus. Ha! Found money - more books?
I'm going to check out your interview. Take care

    1. Oh no, keyboards are boring!! Christmas money is fun :-) We have a serious 'no practical gifts' rule in this house.

  8. Best wishes on the competition and your novella! Ugh on the letters and the keyboard though. I've been having trouble with the space key. But oh my on finding some lost or hidden funds. That is always fun! Have a great weekend and Valentines Day!
